The City Hall program will be held in the Council Chambers.
This year's guest speaker is Rev. Dr. Clara M. Reed, Sherman
- Mckinney District Superintendent.
Music will be provided by Entertainer and Recording Artist, Doc Gibbs.
Awards will be announced for the Parade entry winners and
art from the MLK Art Contest will be displayed.
