Join the Celebration. Individuals, organizations, Churches, businesses, schools and other groups are all invited to walk
or ride in the MLK parade. Several Marching Bands will perform in the parade.

To register your group to be in the parade, click on the on-line Parade
Entry Form above. Then fill out and submit. There is no entry fee.
The parade line-up starts at 8:30 AM Saturday morning in the
Furniture Warehouse parking lot at 850 East Parker Road and Archerwood, just West of Avenue K. Bring your floats,
decorated vehicles, and performers. Awards will be given for best designs and talents. Starbucks will provide complimentary
coffee and hot chocolate to the parade participants.

The Parade starts at 10:00 AM at the corner of Avenue K and Parker
Road. It travels South along Avenue K to Plano City Hall. At the end of the parade the bands and groups will perform for
the judges in front of City Hall. After the performances a program will be held in the City Hall Chambers.
